Prerequisites

The Report Definitions view displays the report definitions that exist at the current scope level. You can add, edit, and delete report definitions from this view.

You cannot delete a report definition that is used in a reporting job. For more information, see Reporting Jobs view (on page 1).

In addition, you can use the following options in the Actions menu to:

Selecting multiple report definitions disables the options in the Actions menu.

To add a new record:

To edit or delete a record:

  1. In the list view, select the record(s) that you want to edit or delete.
